No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including wrong selection, colour choice, or items that don’t fit your space or access points.
Contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details. We’ll assess and advise the appropriate resolution.
Send your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of what happened (including delivery/pickup date).
Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, customer transport, third-party movers, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery.
This is the customer’s responsibility and is not eligible for a refund. Measure doorways, hallways, stairs, and lifts before purchase/delivery.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Timing depends on the provider and your bank.
