  3. Refund and Returns Policy

At Mentone Furniture Clearance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, and returns are accepted.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. All sales are final unless the product is found to be faulty or defective at the time of receipt.

2. Faulty or Defective Products

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery or pickup. If you discover that the product is faulty or defective, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required for all refund or exchange claims.

If it is established that the defect is attributable to the manufacturer or supplier, we will arrange for the return and replacement of the product at no additional cost to you.

3. Assembly Issues

We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been damaged due to incorrect assembly. If you require assistance with assembly, we can provide a third-party assembly service for an additional fee. Please inquire in-store for more details.

4. Damaged Items

If the product has been damaged during delivery or after receipt due to mishandling, improper transportation, or incorrect assembly, we cannot process a refund or exchange. It is important to follow all assembly and care instructions provided with the product.

5. Proof of Purchase

You must provide proof of purchase, such as the original tax invoice or receipt, to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or repair. We recommend keeping a copy of your proof of purchase in a safe place, as we may not be able to retrieve archived records on your behalf.

6. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at the details provided below. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product to us. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

7. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that credit card refunds may take an additional 7 business days to appear on your statement.
